Participating in the International Conference of the Hellenic Association of Political Scientists HAPSc titled «Europe at the Crossroads: Leadership, Challenges and State of Play»


The Jean Monnet Chair "Budgetary Governance of the EU & Audit" of the University of Macedonia participated as partner at the International Conference Politeia, which was organised by the Hellenic Association of Political Scientists - HAPSc on the topic "Europe at the Crossroads: Leadership, Challenges and State of Play" at Zappeion (Athens). During the conference, the chair-holder, Professor D. Skiadas, made a presentation on the topic "The Political and Institutional Implications of the new Multiannual Financial Framework (2021-2027) of the EU" and he participated at a panel along with the Governor of the Attica Region, Mr G. Patoulis, the Governor of the Region of Crete. Mr St. Arnaoutakis, and the Governor of the Region of Central Greece, Mr F. Spanos, as well as a group of researchers, coordinated by Professor N. Papadakis, and they discussed the possibilities and the perspectives of regional governance in the wider EU framework.
